Welcome to ARL, The Academy of Religious Leadership

We are a group of scholars and students who collaborate in order to:

• Enhance leadership education in theological institutions; 
• Convene a scholarly roundtable of leadership educators
  for the purpose of faculty development and community; and 
• Foster and disseminate leadership education and
  research in institutions of theological education.

The Academy works toward these three goals through its annual meetings and its semi-annual,
peer-review publication the Journal of Religious Leadership. Graduate-level teachers and
students of leadership, administration, and finance who seek to engage faith, scholarship,
and the practice of ministry are invited to join.
